Enchanting, alluring and seductive, Norman Lindsay’s muses were the inspiration for this dreamy bridal fashion shoot in the grounds of the great artist’s Blue Mountains house and garden. Go behind the scenes to see how the day unfolded.
Our afternoon began with naturally beautiful models, Chloe Lynch and Michele Mtawarira, being made even more stunning by Kellie Adler of Euphoria Hair and makeup artist Danielle Hampton. The gorgeous Matheson + Me gowns were unveiled and photographers Jeff Davies and Snezana Knezevic (No Ordinary Day) checked lighting and locations in the beautiful grounds of Norman Lindsay Gallery.
There was time for some fun and art making as both photographers took advantage of the amazing heritage spaces in and around the gallery.
Using the bushland setting to our advantage the models took some small risks, including battling mozzies and heights to make some truly beautiful shots.
Photographers Jeff and Snez worked as a team to capture Michele and Chloe’s beauty and grace, encouraging them to work with the theme to evoke Lindsay’s real life sirens.
By the end of the afternoon we knew we had created some magic. With so many great shots it was going to be extremely difficult to choose only a handful to print.
